Nature Creation Heat, Moist Heat, and Cold Packs are filled with one or more of the following aromatic herbs: Cinnamon, Chamomile, Lavender, Lemongrass, Peppermint, Rosemary, Spearmint, Valerian Root, White Willow, Yarrow, and Yellow Dock Root. The primary function of the aromas is to provide a pleasant scent while using the packs. In addition to their wonderful aroma, these herbs help to promote relaxation and relieve tension and stress.

The grains (flax seed and wheat) inside the Nature Creation Heat, Moist Heat, and Cold Packs serve as heating/cooling elements.

The application of heat or moist heat therapy may temporarily:
